Tools & Trainings

General NITAG Support

Evidence to Recommendation (EtR) Toolkit

The EtR toolkit is a complete kit for instructors and training administrators who wish to implement facilitated in-person or virtual training in the Evidence-to-Recommendation process.

NITAG EtR eLearning

This self directed e-learning is an interactive course that includes videos and exercises that provide a comprehensive overview of the Evidence-to-Recommendation process. It takes two hours to complete.

NITAG Maturity Assessment Tool (NMAT)

The NMAT was developed by a work group of NITAG subject matter experts as a practical planning, monitoring, and evaluation tool to guide NITAG development and strengthening. The TFGH supported the completion and the development of the tool. The NMAT provides NITAGs a mechanism to measure the maturity of a NITAG and provides a framework for organizing and prioritizing tangible next steps for NITAG strengthening activities. This tutorial and template explains how to complete the NITAG Maturity Assessment Tool and includes video guides and the tool itself.

PIVI can organize training with interested NITAGs in how to use the tool and review the results and next steps with the NITAG and global partners.

There are hundreds of resources to support NITAGs in several languages from our partner, the Global NITAG Network. You can access NITAG resources by visiting their website.
