This published workshop report explores lessons learned from countries that were early adopters of hexavalent vaccines, drawing on discussions from the Hexavalent Early Adopters Workshop. Supported by technical partners including the Task Force for Global Health, the workshop brought together ministries of health, immunization experts, and global health partners from 10 countries to share experiences and practical strategies across the vaccine introduction cycle. The paper highlights key considerations related to decision-making, implementation planning, monitoring, and cross-country collaboration, reinforcing the value of peer learning and strong immunization systems in supporting successful vaccine introductions and broader public health preparedness efforts.
