As part of a Gavi funded project led by Sabin, PIVI translated their in-person Evidence to Recommendation (EtR) into a webinar series and delivered it to 32 countries over six months. This series helped countries make NITAG recommendations for switching from the pentavalent (penta) (DTwP-HepB-Hib) vaccine to the hexavalent (hexa) (DTwP-HepB-Hib-IPV) vaccine. This paper describes this new EtR training methodology and its successes and challenges.
