Amanda serves as Director, Communications and Development and also supports the partnership, communications and strategy work of the other Respiratory Virus Prevention and Preparedness Programs at The Task Force. With over 20 years of branding/communications experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, Amanda brings a unique perspective and skill set to cultivating the strategic and impactful partnerships with the potential to create systemic public health improvements at the community, national, and global level. Previously, Amanda spent more than a decade expanding brand recognition and increasing funding for CARE, a leading global humanitarian organization. She has also worked for leading Georgia-based corporations and nonprofits, including CNN, United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and The Home Depot.
