Program Associate, The Task Force for Global Health

Amanda Edwards is the Program Associate with the Respiratory Virus Prevention and Preparedness Programs at The Task Force for Global Health. She currently monitors and reports on progress towards multiple program’s goals as well as analyzes qualitative data to monitor the effectiveness of current respiratory disease programs. She has worked with TFGH for 2 years and has worked with qualitative analysis and evaluation development for 3.5+ years. Before working with TFGH, Amanda interned with both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Infectious Disease Pathology Branch and CARE USA in Global Programs and Advocacy. She has additionally worked with THRIVE SS, assisting in providing health equity for PLWH in the Atlanta area. Amanda received her MPH with a focus on Health Management and Policy at Georgia State University, as well as her Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Arizona State University.
