Tunisia vaccinates healthcare workers and persons aged 65 and older at no charge. However, uptake among these target groups is poor, and current priorities are to improve these rates and also to gradually expand the program to other high-risk groups.

Tunisia is also actively tracking its vaccination programs, focussing on which parts of the country and what types of health facilities are distributing the vaccines, as well as who is being vaccinated.
